HOW IT WORKS
At Yoga Tribe, we like to keep things simple.
We are offering ONE WEEK FREE for you to sample our timetable of classes. You can purchase this online or when you come to the studio.
Simply arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. We always start on time.
Leave your shoes and your ‘day’ at the door 🙂
Just bring a towel, water and your mat. If you don’t have a mat, we have plenty you can use while you’re here.
Once you arrive, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly instructors who will make you feel comfortable and show you where to place your mat.
All classes run for either 60 minutes or 75…with approximately 45 to 60 minutes of ‘asana’ and ‘vinyasa’ (the stretching and moving part) and 10 minutes of blissful relaxation and meditation at the end (the part you will love the most!).
It is very supportive and friendly environment. We will always encourage the gentle modification for all poses and there is no ego (or egos) at Yoga Tribe. If you’re having ‘one of those days’ you can simply relax for the hour and go at your own pace.
In saying that, there will be plenty of challenges and vigorous options for those with energy or perhaps more experienced.
